In this program you will have 12 days of 30 minute stretch and mobility routines that will help you feel looser on the course. These stretches are great to do before a round of golf, before a workout or if you just want to get a little more mobility in your life. With some of these stretches you will need a golf club, a wall and either a towel or a band. No fancy equipment needed. Each stretch has a video linked with a description so you can stretch with no confusion.
