In the advanced program you will go through eight 30 minute workouts 2 times a week (you choose your days). The workouts in this program include strength, mobility, rotational movements, balance, and power. Equipment needed: Set of dumbbells, mini band, long loop resistance band, yoga ball, something to sit on and something to step up on.
